DELIVERY & RETURNS

Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Products that are in stock are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Pre-orders
If a product is marked as pre-order, the estimated delivery time is 2–4 weeks.

Estimated Delivery Times
Finland: 1–3 business days
Europe (including EU countries): 3–7 business days
USA & Canada: 6–14 business days
Other countries: 7–21 business days


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Returns
You may return most unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return:
1. Contact us via email with your order number.
2. We will provide return instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Unclaimed Packages
Failure to collect a shipment or returning a package without prior notice is not considered a valid customer return.

If a package is returned to us as unclaimed and not as an agreed return, we reserve the right to deduct a €20 handling and return fee from the refund.

Payments
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other available local payment methods. Payments are processed securely at checkout.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify our delivery and return terms. Customers are required to review the current terms before placing an order.

Pricing & Taxes
Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes within the European Union.
For orders outside the EU, local duties and taxes are not included and may be charged upon delivery.

Customs & Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties and local taxes.

International orders outside the EU
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
