Material, Proportion and Presence
Material, proportion and presence define how objects live within a space.
At Hanna Saari Studio, wooden objects and artworks are not designed as accessories but as spatial elements. A serving board leaning against a kitchen wall or an artwork placed in natural light becomes part of the architectural rhythm of the interior.
Solid wood carries weight, texture and memory. Natural pigments hold depth and silence. These materials evolve with time, light and use — strengthening their presence rather than fading.
Design is not decoration. It is proportion, balance and material truth.
